What is the Return & Refund Policy?

Currently we are operating on a "No Return No Refund" Policy. However, in case of a serious concern like a defected piece, we will be open to listening to any complaints and try our best to accommodate our clients.

What is SARWAT's Shipping Policy? 

At the moment we are offering free shipping to all our customers on all orders all across Pakistan.

How will I know if SARWAT has received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email from sarwat.pk to confirm that your order has been placed. However, kindly note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved or in case of COD orders, once your billing and delivery addresses are verified.

Do I need to have an account to shop with you?
